EWAIS PTY LTD specialise in Welding Procedure development and qualification for all welding processes, including FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, SAW, SMAW and development of automated welding processes.

EWAIS also offer third party review of welding procedures to codes such as ASME IX, ASME B31.3, API 650, AS/NZS 3992, AS 1554, AS 1210, AS 4041 and client-specific specifications.

Alongside the development, qualification and review of welding procedures, EWAIS also offer welder operator training, testing and qualification.

Additionally, EWAIS has the capacity for light fabrication using all types of specialised welding, including alumimium. Capabilities include the fabrication and repair of agricultural & earthmoving equipment, such as levelling bars, rippers etc.

Workshop fabrication, welding and repairs extend to boat, truck, car and motorbike chassis, fuel tanks and pipework of all types of steel and aluminium.
